ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a public school district in Rockwall, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students develop their communication skills and reach their academic and personal goals.

Position Details
- Full-time, school-based SLP position
- W-2 employment through ProCare Therapy
- Competitive hourly compensation
- Placement within a public school district
- Provide speech and language services based on individual student needs and IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Support students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and other speech-language needs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting student success
