School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Rockaway, New Jersey

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Work alongside teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and manage caseload in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as required
