Key Qualifications:

- Comfortable working with students of various ages and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate school staff and parents on communication disorders and best practices for support
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services across multiple grade levels
