Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for New Jersey

- Prior experience delivering speech and language therapy in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions targeting student growth in language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support each student’s goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance for IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to guide educational planning and support
- Involve families in the therapeutic process, sharing progress and strategies for continued development at home
