Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey

- Organizational skills to manage a dynamic caseload effectively

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy (individual and group) to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct student assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluation teams
- Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and special education staff
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and related school activities
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on communication disorders for staff and families
This position offers flexibility for part-time hours, with the option to increase to full-time should you choose to work at a neighboring district.
