Key qualifications and experiences desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)—both welcomed!
- Passion for pediatric populations and diverse student backgrounds
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
In this role, you will:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy for students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and voice needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in alignment with school standards and student needs
- Document and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide education and support for families and school personnel
Compensation for this position starts at $85+ per hour and reflects your experience and expertise.
