School Speech Language Pathologist - Rochester, Michigan

Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required; please include a screenshot of your current license status with your application (License verification link provided below)
- SLP-CCC credential required
- Experience with school-based speech and language pathology preferred
- Able to work independently and manage a diverse caseload from PreK to 12th grade
- Comfortable delivering services in both elementary and middle school settings
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete all aspects of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position independently
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student support
- Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide services across varying grade levels as assigned
