This full-time, onsite position serves PreK through 3rd grade students for the entire school year. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience supporting pediatric or early elementary school populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to providing services tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students PreK–3rd grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as part of students’ IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote inclusive learning
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Offer guidance and resources to families to support students’ communication and language development beyond the classroom
