Speech Language Pathologist in Riverside, CA

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, clearly communicating progress and recommendations to staff and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state policies
- Adapt therapy plans according to each student’s evolving needs and educational goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current CA SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous school-based speech therapy experience strongly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with students, staff, and families
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive school environment
