Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop targeted intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to ensure student success.
- Monitor, track, and document student progress towards IEP goals using established district procedures.
- Contribute to IEP meetings, making recommendations for speech-language services as needed.
- Provide consultative support to classroom teachers on strategies for supporting students with communication challenges.
