Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Petaluma, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid and current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing speech and language services in school-based environments preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new caseload and work effectively with students, educators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy and intervention, both in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and ensure compliance with IEP goals
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
