Speech Language Pathologist in Sonoma, CA

What you’ll bring:
- Valid SLP license and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in K-12 or similar settings

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s growth
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
- Adapt therapy plans to meet student needs during the assignment period
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and families regarding best communication strategies
