Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based SLP environments preferred
- Background in pediatric populations and individualized education program (IEP) processes
- Comfort with teletherapy service delivery models as well as in-person sessions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ communication disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with students’ academic and social needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services (on-site and/or via teletherapy platforms)
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Support students in achieving measurable communication goals that enhance educational engagement
