Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
- Previous experience in school settings or enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
- Excellent clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students onsite and/or virtually as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
- Maintain comprehensive and timely progress reports and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Provide guidance and support for carryover of skills between therapy and classroom
