Qualifications:
- Licensed SLP with national certification (CCC), new graduates completing CFY also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct onsite speech and language therapy for a caseload of approximately 35 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students aged pre-K through high school
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Commit to a full-time schedule spread across a convenient 4-day school week
