Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school team with the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time positions will serve students across K–12 grade levels, providing speech and language services that support communication development and academic success.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy working with a diverse student population and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Serve students across K–12 grade levels with varying communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (required)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with students across multiple age groups
Passion for supporting student communication and academic success
