Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates will be considered
- Demonstrated experience or readiness to work with school-aged children (K-12); multiple caseload options available
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work on-site; this is not a virtual or remote role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain case notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s educational success
- Engage in school-based team activities and professional development
