Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion required
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student success
- Document evaluations, treatment outcomes, and communications in compliance with school and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Provide education and resources for families and school personnel
