Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students in need
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results and student goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
