Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Recent experience in a K-12 school setting highly desirable
- Familiarity with IEP development & documentation
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service staff
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress
- Provide consultation and support for classroom teachers regarding communication strategies
