Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Richardson, TX

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP license in Texas or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is an asset, though not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs

- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school district and state policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide guidance and consultation to school staff regarding speech-language supports
