School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cibolo, Texas

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current, valid SLP license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous school-based experience valued, but not required
- Solid knowledge of IEP process and documentation
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate documentation for student records and progress monitoring
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expertise to educational teams
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and educational personnel
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and continuing education
