Available assignments include elementary or high school caseloads, dedicated case management across several elementary campuses, and a specialized opening for a sign language-proficient SLP (CCC/CF), supporting students at both the middle and high school levels. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in applicable state
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience highly desired
- Proficiency in conversational sign language for select roles
- Strong skills in case management, IEP development, and student evaluations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to K-12 students in an onsite-only setting
- Guide students toward their communicative and academic goals
- Complete accurate assessments, evaluations, and IEP development
- Collaborate closely with teams of SLPs, teachers, and support staff
- Support students with diverse needs, particularly in case management or sign language-specific roles
- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents and school professionals
