Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington (CCC required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Previous experience with early childhood or PreK-Kindergarten populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with educators, parents, and school-based teams
- Passion for making a difference in children's lives, especially those at the foundational stages of language development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide both individual and group therapy tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer resources and strategies for classroom integration and at-home support
