Key Requirements:
- Current possession of a Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing Language, Speech, & Hearing services, or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active and verified California Speech-Language Pathology license
- CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite presence; remote or hybrid options are not available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based intervention for students with speech and language needs in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams, families, and classroom staff to develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals that promote student success
- Conduct screenings and evaluations, and provide direct therapy services to students across varying age levels
