Key Requirements:

  • Current possession of a Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing Language, Speech, & Hearing services, or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active and verified California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred
  • Experience providing speech-language services in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to onsite presence; remote or hybrid options are not available

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based intervention for students with speech and language needs in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams, families, and classroom staff to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals that promote student success
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations, and provide direct therapy services to students across varying age levels
