Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification (or eligibility for licensure/ASHA certification for new graduates)
- Experience in a school setting preferred but not required

Primary responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to 6 students, twice weekly for 30 minutes per session
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Adapt and modify therapy approaches as necessary to meet student needs within a charter school’s resource framework
