Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Redford, MI

- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly valued
- Background working in schools or pediatric settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively support students with a range of speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver speech and language therapy, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate students’ academic and functional progress
- Maintain clear and compliant documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations, advocating for student success
- Provide resources and support to families and educators to promote carryover of strategies
