- Active state licensure or in the process of completing licensure requirements
- Experience in pediatric and school-based caseloads, with a passion for supporting young learners
- Knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and collaboration with teachers and families
- Proficient with common assessment and therapy tools related to speech-language pathology
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet students’ unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents/guardians
- Regularly assess progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
