Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and report writing
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs using a variety of assessment tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student IEPs
- Deliver therapy services, both individually and in groups, to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
