School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Red Oak, Texas

Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based SLP settings strongly desired
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and evidence-based therapy for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluation reports, session notes, and progress summaries
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Offer guidance and education to staff and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements for school-based SLP services
