Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Stockdale, Texas
Step into a rewarding contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary-age students from August 27, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Based near Stockdale, TX, this opportunity allows you to make a significant impact, delivering both supervision and direct therapy to a caseload of 101 students, supported by an SLPA. Qualified professionals, including SLPs with CCC, those specializing in pediatrics, school-based SLPs, and Clinical Fellows (CF), are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Ability to supervise, collaborate, and provide direct therapy to elementary students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapeutic services to elementary students
- Supervise and collaborate effectively with an SLPA
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress reports
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with district policies
- Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment for all students
Working 37.5 hours per week across five days, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values dedication to student growth and professional development.
