What We're Looking For:
- Current Texas Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and engage with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to supporting students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Document services and maintain accurate case records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
