Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLP-CCC clinicians
- School-based SLP expertise, including individualized education program (IEP) management, is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for student growth and evidence-based practice
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver individual and group therapy tailored to students’ goals
- Consult with teachers and families to maximize students’ success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Actively participate in school meetings and professional development activities
