Qualifications:
- Current Texas SLP License required
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) mandatory; new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and supporting diverse language and communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate progress documentation
- Communicate regularly with educators and family members to maximize student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
