Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in La Vernia, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Texas
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Willingness to work with elementary-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and direct an SLPA; readiness to mentor CFs if applicable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech, language, and communication therapy for elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and actively participate in student support teams
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to an SLPA and, if needed, Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and regular communication with parents and teachers
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster students’ development
