Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and individualized therapy plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, staff, and families
- Organizational abilities to maintain thorough documentation and manage caseloads efficiently

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communicative disorders
- Provide direct therapy, both individual and group, in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that supports students’ confidence and social development
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to families and colleagues
- Offer guidance and education for teachers and parents to promote carryover of goals
