What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in school settings and comfort with diverse K-12 caseloads
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Monitor progress and maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Serve as a member of IEP teams, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Provide consultation and support to educators and families to optimize student achievement
