Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and collaboration
- Ability to work both independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders, ensuring thorough assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students’ unique needs
- Provide targeted therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals
- Diligently monitor and document student progress to inform best practices and maintain compliance
- Foster collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals for coordinated care and support
- Guide and involve families throughout the therapy process to encourage carryover and reinforce progress outside the classroom
