Speech Language Pathologist in North Highlands, CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Lead dynamic therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support speech and language development
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and other allied professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Partner with families, offering resources, support, and education throughout the therapy process
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team
