Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid CA SLP license or eligibility; SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school environments
  • Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy speech-language interventions
  • Understanding of assessment, treatment, and progress documentation specific to PreK populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and fellow clinicians

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to PreK students
  • Conduct evaluations and accurately document assessments and progress notes
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom setting
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district guidelines
  • Offer therapy via telepractice as appropriate
