Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CA SLP license or eligibility; SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates welcome
- Experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school environments
- Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy speech-language interventions
- Understanding of assessment, treatment, and progress documentation specific to PreK populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to PreK students
- Conduct evaluations and accurately document assessments and progress notes
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom setting
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district guidelines
- Offer therapy via telepractice as appropriate
