Pediatric Speech Therapist in Ontario, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for PreK students
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in alignment with student goals
- Track progress, document therapy sessions, and maintain detailed reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support educational objectives
- Adapt materials and therapy techniques for students with diverse needs
- Utilize teletherapy as needed for remote service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
