Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in California
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is highly valued
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy for students in a PreK setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and support student success
- Deliver both in-person and virtual therapy as needed, adapting to student needs and technology resources
- Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide consultative guidance to staff and families, promoting carryover of skills beyond therapy sessions
