Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Ramona, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, hourly role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population and make a meaningful impact by supporting communication development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply)
Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Position Details:
Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar
35–40 hours per week
Caseload: K–12 students (specific assignment discussed during interview)
