Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language goals and strategies
- Offer consultative support to classroom teachers and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Stay updated on current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
