Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) in partnership with multidisciplinary school teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and all required paperwork
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to deliver integrated support
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
