Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Background in pediatric SLP or experience in K-12 school settings strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability for a fast-paced educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services to support speech, language, voice, and fluency development
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records, document sessions, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and support to teachers on strategies that facilitate student success in the classroom
