Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
  • Active state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and resources to educational staff and families
  • Adapt interventions for a diverse student population and foster an inclusive learning environment
