Speech Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

With a manageable caseload at a single elementary campus, you’ll benefit from the collaboration of an on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, allowing you to focus on providing impactful services and tailored interventions.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Active Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Eligibility for, or current license from, the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-age children
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in speech-language therapy
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders
- Delivering direct therapy to students, adapting approaches to diverse learning needs
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and the SLPA to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights to multidisciplinary teams
