Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Current or eligible Massachusetts Board of Allied Health license
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or Clinical Fellow candidacy
- Prior school-based experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services for elementary students
- Update and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Track and document student progress
- Participate in student evaluations and team meetings
