Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Passion for supporting students’ success and collaborating with school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to support each student’s growth
- Provide guidance and strategies to educators to facilitate carryover of skills in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
