Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in educational settings with school-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions to a diverse caseload of K-5 students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine therapy needs
- Write, update, and present IEPs as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide progress reports and collaborate closely with staff and families
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records
- Attend professional meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
