School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Boston, Massachusetts

In this role, you'll provide direct speech and language therapy services, conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate actively in IEP meetings, and develop detailed, individualized education plans. With a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, you’ll have the space to deliver personalized, impactful care while keeping administrative tasks in balance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently write IEPs and participate in IEP meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to K-5 students
- Identify students’ needs through thorough assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster student success
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
