Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Arizona SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred (CFs considered)
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfortable with collaboration and contributing to a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and track individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on language and communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member
- Support inclusive classroom environments and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives
