Key Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with K-8 and/or early childhood populations
- Familiarity with assessing and designing interventions for medically fragile students a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to different caseload needs and work with interdisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver intervention and therapy services to students across two sites (.4 FTE at a K-8 campus serving approximately 68 students, including a medically fragile population; .6 FTE at an early childhood center with an estimated 65-student caseload after balancing)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to promote best outcomes and inclusive practices
- Contribute to caseload management and flexible, student-centered service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
