School Speech Language Pathologist - Goodyear, AZ

This full-time contract opportunity spans the academic year, with a flexible Monday–Thursday schedule that promotes work-life balance. You’ll serve a diverse K–8 caseload of approximately 60–70 students, collaborating with educators and families to facilitate meaningful progress in communication skills.
Your day-to-day engagement may include a mixture of self-contained, cross-categorical, group, and consultative services. Whether you prefer a supervisory track—overseeing a full-time SLPA—or leaning into a traditional SLP position, there’s a path to suit your strengths and ambitions.
What you’ll bring:
- Active Arizona SLP license and AZ DOE certification (required)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience delivering services in elementary or middle school environments (K–8) valued
- Strong organizational and caseload management skills
- Commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and evidence-based practices
- Ability to provide either direct therapy or effective clinical supervision
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct consults and provide developmental guidance for cross-categorical students
- Supervise SLPA staff where applicable
- Document progress and maintain robust communication with families and colleagues
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt services to meet diverse student needs and district goals
