Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP state license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs considered
- School-based experience strongly preferred; comfort working with students PreK–12
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for virtual, hybrid, or in-person settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Engage with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and ongoing professional development
