- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering targeted therapy sessions
- Support students in 1st through 5th grade with individualized and group communication goals
- Work closely with teachers and school staff, integrating therapy strategies within classroom settings
- Monitor student progress and keep accurate session notes
- Contribute to IEP meetings by providing pertinent insight and updates as requested
- Empower students to develop effective social and academic communication skills
