Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
• Active SLPA license or eligibility per state requirements
• Experience supporting speech-language services for elementary-age students is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Adaptability and creativity in working across multiple grade levels, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades
• Ability to follow IEPs, behavior plans, and therapy protocols as directed by supervising SLP

Position Duties Include:

• Supporting the delivery of speech and language therapy under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assisting with therapy sessions and classroom activities designed to foster communication skills
• Gathering and documenting student performance data and progress
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote effective interventions and tools
• Preparing materials and implementing strategies that help students achieve individualized communication goals
